Global Park DAO Roadmap

The development of Global Park DAO follows a clear, phased strategy designed to build an enduring decentralized cultural system. Our guiding principle is: community first, decentralization second, infrastructure last.

Phase 1 — Foundation (Completed)

• Formation of the core team and vision alignment.
• Deployment of the GPARK token contract on Ethereum.
• Establishment of the DAO Council (5 signers, 3-of-5 Gnosis Safe).
• Release of DAO documents: Constitution, Declaration, White Paper, Tokenomics, Onboarding, Legal Frameworks.
• IPFS-pinned Genesis Rules, DAO Wallet Map, and DAO Launch Report.
• Launch of beta website with Web3 wallet integration.
• Listing of GPARK on centralized exchange (no private sales).
• Initial outreach to ambassadors, municipalities, and cultural influencers.

Phase 2 — Genesis Activation (Current)

• Full activation of Snapshot DAO space.
• Community and ambassador program expansion.
• Marketing campaigns and DAO presence growth.
• Outreach to institutions, partner DAOs, and legal advisors.
• Start of licensing and MoU negotiations with UAE legal partner.
• Obtain UAE RAK DAO license for legal clarity.
• Prepare and mint first Early Supporter Key NFT collection.
• Launch NFT minting via website to enable supporter inclusion on future Participation Wall.
• Mass community onboarding and decentralization campaign.

Phase 3 — Community-Led DAO Governance (Planned)

• Activate full Snapshot community voting.
• Transition governance powers from Council to community proposals and votes.
• Establish funding flows and project decision processes.
• Enable voting on ecosystem initiatives and partnerships.
• Formalize DAO collaboration framework for international partnerships.
• Begin city negotiations for pilot site identification.

Phase 4 — Pilot Park Development (2025–2026)

• Land search and licensing for first pilot site.
• Design and architectural blueprint development.
• Community voting on permanent installations.
• Secure construction partners and permits.
• Target to begin installations by late 2026.

Phase 5 — Full Ecosystem Expansion (2027+)

• Rollout of NFT-based cultural zones and participation layers.
• Partnership activations with museums, collectives, governments.
• Establish Participation Wall with supporter names.
• Deploy Proof-of-Presence and Web3/IRL bridges.
• Expand to global cities via DAO votes.
• Create permanent public records via IPFS and cross-chain backups.

This roadmap remains adaptive. The DAO may vote to accelerate, modify, or pause phases based on community needs and opportunities. We prioritize meaningful building over rushed delivery.
